1.       Prices are based on an arrival on Saturday after 4:00 p.m. and a departure on Saturday before 10:00 a.m.

2.       In the off season (1/10 - 1/5) an amount of € 25.00/week is charged for electricity.

3.       Prices are excluding the final cleaning. Costs €75.00 for the Villa “Vista Mare” and €50.00 for the Chalet “Moia Vista”.

4.       Prices are excluding tourist tax at € 0,60 per person per night. This is only appliccable from 1 April until 1 October. Children under the age of 12 are excluded from tourist tax.

5.       Bedlinen is available upon request at a charge of  €7,50/week per person.

6.       Villa “Vista Mare” cushions with cover for reclining veranda chairs are available at a charge of  €7,50/week per person

7.       Baby chair and/or baby bed are available at a charge of  €7,50/week €10,00/week.

8.       Gas barbeque is available at a charge of €35/week (incl. Gas and cleaning)

9.       We charge € 45,00 reservation costs for each confirmed reservation. This fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

10.    Payment: 30% within 14 days of receipt of our confirmation; 70% upon arrival.

11.    Cancellation terms: 30% deposit will be refunded in case of cancellation not later than 2 months before the date of arrival. 30% deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation within 2 months of the date of arrival, however, any moneys transferred in excess of the 30% will be refunded in case of cancellation.

12.    Upon arrival we request a deposit of € 250 for the Villa “Vista Mare” and €150.00 for the Chalet “Moia Vista”. When no damages to the property or its contents have occurred, this deposit will be fully refunded on the day of departure. Damages or missing items will be retained from your deposit.
